Shipping Rates

Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a physical address when placing your order.
- Restricted Countries: Due to shipping limitations or high shipping costs, we do not ship to certain countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, please reach out to our customer service team.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
While we take every effort to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, there are rare occasions when packages are lost or damaged during transit.

- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please check with your local postal service or carrier. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you further.
- Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to the delivery.
- Customs Duties & Taxes: These fees are set by the destination country and are collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. We cannot predict or control these charges.
- Delays Due to Customs: International orders may be delayed by customs processing. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these delays.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
